SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders on Mondays and Fridays (excluding public holidays).

Domestic Shipping:

Estimated delivery time for Canada is 2 to 8 business days.  Please note that these are ESTIMATES and not guarantees. Due to Covid-19 our partner carriers are experiencing delays. 

Shipping costs vary between $10 and $25 CAD.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 CAD. 

REDUCED SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $60 CAD.

There is no minimum or maximum order. 

Shipping to the United States:

We ship to the U.S. Estimated delivery time to the United States is 2 to 8 business days. Please note that these are ESTIMATES and not guarantees. Due to Covid-19 our partner carriers are experiencing delays. 

Shipping costs are approximately $15 CAD.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150 CAD. 

REDUCED SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $60 CAD.

We're still working on shipping to more regions in the EU & will update you one shipping becomes available to other regions :)

International Shipping:

At this time, couriers don't offer any feasible shipping rates to the following continents:

•Central and South America

•Asia

•Africa

Therefore we do not ship to these regions.

Mea Vota is a separate entity from shipping companies and cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipment or lost packages. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact the shipping company directly using the tracking number you were provided. Please contact us as well so we can file a claim for you.

In an effort to be environmentally conscious and minimize waste, we try to re-use or purchase recycled, recyclable, and/or biodegradable shipping materials.

Our packing peanuts are biodegradable and decompose when exposed to water!

 

PACKAGING & SUSTAINABILITY

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you aren't fully satisfied with your pick or experience, we'll gladly issue a refund or an exchange! Please reach out to lily@meavotacandles.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the items you would like exchanged/refunded, and we'll sort it out for you!

Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded or credited, and that you will be responsible for the return shipment. Please allow some time for your refund to process.

*All orders to the EU, UK and Australia are final sale. 

Our retail locations will not accept returns for online purchases.

If you receive a product that is damaged please contact us immediately so that we can replace the product.

If you receive the wrong products please contact us immediately so that we can get the right products to you.

If you are having issues lighting your candle, please visit the FAQ to see our advice on how to work with a wooden wick! 

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you paid with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be distributed and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit.
